Diane Smith has been a member of the Royal Palm Beach Rotary Club since 2011. Ms. Smith is in Community Outreach for the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office in Royal Palm Beach. On June 25, 2015, Ms. Smith was presented with a Paul Harris Fellow +1 from the Rotary Foundation. The Paul Harris Fellow recognition was established in 1957 to show appreciation for and encourage substantial contributions to what was then the Foundation’s only program, Rotary Foundation Fellowships for Advanced Study, the precursor to Ambassadorial Scholarships.
